Dear friends of postcrossing,
my name is Gabriele and my homecountry is Austria. This is the small country in the middle of Europe.
I am 48 years old, married, and have a fulltime job. I am a little bit old fashioned, interested in plants, growing cacteen from seeds, needlework, puzzles, travelling, country music, big trucks, blues, gospel songs, oldies, american history, collecting knives, stones and miniatures of swarovski crystal, reading books about the first pioneers in Australia, emailing with friends.
I like to read about country and people and old traditions from countries far away. I am highly interested in the history of the american South (civil war, cotton plantations, freedom of the former slaves).
I prefer to get postcards about nature, landscapes, famous buildings, big trucks, bridges, your hometowns and people in traditional clothes. I do not like postcards with comics or handmade cards - thank you.
