She has been a member for over 2 years (912 days).HELLO! HEJ PÅ DIG! HEI! HALLO! CIAO!
I'm a 41 years old secretary, married and have one son Teemu (11 yrs), who's also a postcrosser (username: temppa).
There are 238 047 inhabitants in our hometown Espoo and it's situated 15 km from the Capital of Helsinki (568 531 inhabitants).
I'd be more than happy to receive
cards showing beaches, ocean, palmtrees, lagoons, vulcanos, mountains, waterfalls, typical natural phenomena (hurricanes etc.), UNESCO Worldheritage sites, a flag of your country, indigenous people/aboriginals, national costume, trams and cable cars, Japanese maikos, Dutch wooden shoes, the royal family of your country and typical "exotic" wild animals and sealife of your country. Also mapcards and beautiful (single)view cards of your home town/country and cards of landmarks/statues/ buildings/temples/shinto shrines/churches/castles/windmills/bridges/grave yards (cemeteries)/lighthouses and tourist attractions are welcome.
--> No free promotion/ad cards, home made cards or envelopes (unless the card requires it), please. A standard tourist card will do just fine. I prefer my cards written and stamped. Please use nice stamps if possible. It would be great if you could put the date on each card also, thanks!
When you write my address on the card, please write number seven with a cross line (-). Otherwise our mailman might read it as "one" and will deliver my mail to ILTATIE 1 instead of ILTATIE 7 by accident. Thank you!
I register my cards right away they arrive - thank you for doing the same for my cards!
-----------------------------
I'm also open for private swaps!
Are you interested in cards showing eg. Moomins with a matching stamp, Hörölä (www.horola.com), Kaj Stenvall's ducks (www.kajstenvall.com) or the northern lights...? (please mark your card with "private swap" - thanks!)
-----------------------------
I have a big pile of nice free ad cards and used Finnish stamps to trade with cards from your country. Please contact me if you're interested - thanks!

Thank you for reading my profile! Kiitos!
Happy postcrossing!

PS. Did you know "Suomi" is "Finland" in Finnish language? If you didn't, now you do ;-)
