About Willemijn...

Hello, dear postcrosser!

I am a 45 year old civil servant at the Ministry of Transport, and a student at a Creative Writing College. I love a lot of things: writing, knitting, Feyenoord, reading, Per Kirkeby, J.S. Bach, my nearest ones (45, 15 and 14), singing, romcoms, trollbeads, sleeping in a tent, Stephen Fry, acts of random kindness.

A card a day keeps the doctor away :-)

These are cards I like in particular:
1. Cards showing reading women.
If you send me one like this, I will publish it on my weblog. http://www.lezendevrouwen.blogspot.com/.
2. Cards showing an umbrella, or the annunciaton to Mary, or a (park) bench, or a 10 (width) x 15 (height) card with lots of yellow, or an historic event of your country, or Barack Obama, House MD, or art in public space.
3. Cards with three girls or women that could very well be sisters.
4. Cards by Inge Löök of the two old ladies make me very happy. I've got 22 already. A Finnish crosser told me there are 32 cards ot the lovely ladies. Check my faves of those I already have in my collection, they're gorgeous. I know that miss:
- Letters falling through the letterbox, ladies trying to get hold of them.

I am looking forward to hear from you!

If you add a card to one of my collections, please give me your addres and tell me if you would like me to send you a card in return. I've got a huge pile of cards and enjoy finding the right one for you.

I've got a weblog (in Dutch): www.browniepoint.blogspot.com. Welkom!

P.S. If you're German and have a spare copy of Kampf um Katoren by Jan Terlouw? Or if you're Norwegian and the book is lying uselessly in your home: please think of me! I collect translation of Koning van Katoren.
I found the following versions: Finnish (thanks VIISIKANTA!), Hungarian (thanks gabika62!), Spanish, Catalónian, Baskian, Greek, Italian and English.
But I know it must be there in Icelandic, Swedish, Portugese, Norwegian, may be more? Of course I'll pay for it. Thanks so much for helping me search!
