Hey,
I'm a 23 year old girl from Germany and I'm horrible at writing about myself.
I'm a university student, studying Finnish, Swedish, Estonian, Dutch, Romanian and Hungarian there (yeah, it is indeed a lot!).

I'd love to get postcards with something typical of your country, region or your everyday life on!

*map cards (especially from the US States and the postacollect-cards from the Japanese prefectures)
*steampunk/vintage
*skylines
*art (maybe some famous artist from your country?)
*comics in each country's language
*bunny suicides-cards
*grammar and language-related cards
*nostalgia and retro
*black and white

... Nevertheless every card will make me happy. I'm serious. Just surprise me! :) Please write on the card and stamp it, though. I feels more postcard-ish to receive one like that.

If you don't know what to write, I got plenty ideas: I'd like to learn more about different languages so maybe a few words in yours with an English or German translation would be great. Or a poem, a quote, something that happened to you the day you wrote the card, anything that moves you or what you've always wanted to tell. I like surprises. :) Otherwise you can also recommend your favourite book/movie/music group and tell me why you love it.
You can write me in all the languages I listed up there. I will figure out the translation :)

People from Finland, Sweden, Romania, Hungary, Estonia and the Netherlands: Maybe you could write me in your mother tongue? I'm studying it and I'd love to get a few lines outside my studying books. :)
