About Saskia...
Hi all!
I love to receive foreign post, so that's why I joined.
I live in a town close to Germany.
My hobbies are books, music, films, reading, cycling, nature, photography, drawing (Mandalas in particular), cars, Playstation, history, 80's, travelling, languages, cultures, scale modelling and so much more. It's too sad that I have more hobbies then time to practice them all, I always have to make a difficult choice...
I'm also looking for interesting people to be penpals with. Especially from Scandinavia, Ireland, Middle-East, New Zealand, Japan. So if you think we have some things in common, just send me a message and maybe we can be friends!
To make it a bit easier for you to make a choice of what card you can send, here's a list of the kind of cards that I like very much:
- Art (Anton Pieck, Escher, Rembrandt van Rijn, Johannes Vermeer, Alphonse Marie Mucha to name a few)
- retrocards
- beautiful nature and landscapes (such as extreme weather, lightning, sunset/sunrise, the sea/ocean, clouds, trees, flowers)
- animals
- Mandalas
- Le Petit Prince (the Little Prince)
- History cards (World War II, 19th century (women's clothing in particular) but any kind of history is fine!)
- beautiful Mosques and gothic churches
- Handmade cards, selfmade photos or any kind of artistic cards
- 80's
- movies
- Music
- typical Japanese/Chinese art cards
- cards of video games

- Submarines (especially World War II ones, but any sub is okay)

Please NO cards with children.
Still don't know what to send? Then please check my list of favourites! Ad-cards are okay too when they have something to do with my favourites.
Write whatever you want. I love languages, so if you feel like writing something in your mother tongue, then please do so, but please translate :-)
For all German senders: I have been getting cards written in English. Please feel free to write in German! I understand it perfectly!! :-D
