Hi there,

I am glad that you got my address. I am 45 year old Finnish woman, born and raised in Turku, Finland. I live in an old wooden house with my husband and 13 year old son. And our cat called Litmanen. Our two daughters belong to the family, too, but are living on their own already.

I like beautiful, funny, colourful, odd, qute cards - cards with an idea, something to think about or look at many times.

I would become really happy if the mailbox contained a postcard with
- painting or piece of art, no matter old or modern or even post-modern (I love to visit art galleries). For example Carl Larsson, Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt, Leonardo da Vinci and old Japanese art are my all time favourites. (Suomessa Kuutti Lavonen on ihan ykkössuosikki.)
- postcard art, postcard artist favourite in your country (a postcard you would choose for your friend)
- Pippi Longstocking = Peppi Pitkätossu is my all time hero
- UNICEF card (I've volunteered for UNICEF over 20 years)
- angels or religious motives
- sea, sun, flowers (sun flowers, poppies, flower fields), rocks, mountains etc.
- cats, seagulls, small birds, squirrels, butterflies
- empowering aphorism, poem or picture
- royal families, especially Queen Elisabeth
- people in various every day situations
- black and white photo

- An interesting photo or your favourite place of your home country or home town is always welcome. Please no typical touristic cards. I like more odd cards. :)

If you send a picture of your home country or home town, please tell me something about the place, too. Always planning the next trip, you know. :)

These are only wishes but you of course can choose whatever makes you happy. If you like the picture I propably will, too. Visit my favourites and find out that many, many things inspire me.

If you have difficulties in deciding what to write please tell me something about what makes you happy in your every day life. Or just tell me what you have been doing today. Or write something in your own language with the translation. Thank you!
