Hallo,
my name is Peter, and I live in Linz in province Upper Austria. I like reading the newspaper, taking photos and travelling, am interested in geography and history, and - most of all! - like collecting view cards (new ones, old ones from traders and flea markets), and, of course, I love Postcrossing!
I prefer cards that show something from your own(!) country, like cities, buildings, interesting architecture (I love art nouveau!), streets, places, aerial views, all kinds of public transport (buses, trams, (railway)stations, trains, airplanes and airports, ships,...), castles, old villas, hotels, restaurants, landscape (mountains, rivers, valleys, ...),interior views (of coffee houses, famous buildings...) something typical from your country, or whatever you want to show me from your city/region/country! I prefer single views, normal size 10 x 15, but multiviews or other sizes are fine, too.
As I have been a postcard collector for about 30 years, I have already many cards showing famous places, capitals and landmarks. So if you have the possibility to send an unfrequent card of a city (not the main attraction, but a nonprincipal road, or an unusual aerial city view, a recently new built building...), or a card of a small town, a non-famous lake, a mountain of which only a few cards exist, or similar, I would be very happy!
I am really interested in what is shown on the card, so I would appreciate if you could give me some informations about it on the backside!
It would be great if you could use beautiful stamps!
