Hello Postcrossers, my name is Lilli and I'm 58 years old (yikes!). I was born in Denmark and my family and I immigrated to Canada when I was quite young. My husband and I lived and worked in Vancouver and we raised our daughter there (now an adult). We are now retired and live in a small coastal community on the west coast of British Columbia.

I love the ocean and everything about the ocean. My home looks out at the Strait of Georgia and Vancouver Island. I enjoy beachcombing; looking for beach/sea glass (a real passion of mine) and driftwood. I also like to explore and observe the animal and sea life around us. I would be happy to receive postcards with any of the following:

* something unique to your country
* anything to do with the "ocean" such as sealife, shells, floats, mermaids, lighthouses, beaches, cliffs, islands
* vintage photos or graphics
* holidays (e.g. Christmas) even if it's no longer the season
* flora (I'm an avid gardener)
* fauna (land & ocean)
* art; your own or someone else's
