I have been doing amateur deltiology the hard way, buying postcards on my travels and asking for cards from far-flung friends. What a windfall this site is!
I'm happy to get any type of postcard, but my favorites are scenic views. Anything regarding your local area is perfect. I prefer the cards by themselves; no envelopes, please. Hand-written is also very nice. Art-cards or handmade cards are great, too.
