You don't even need a credit card if you are in one of these countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, and Switzerland.

If you can't open a Paypal account, there are two other alternatives: International bank transfer or sending a check by mail.
