About Susan...

Hi, I live in northern California near San Jose and the Pacific coast. I have 3 grown children and 5 granddaughters! They are the light of my life. I enjoy plants especially native, gardening, birdwatching, and spending time at one of our many beaches, especially if there are shells or beach glass to be found. I also love to travel and I read a lot. Right now postcrossing is my favorite addiction:D I really want to know something about you or where you live, so tell me a little about your life or even just something that made you smile today.

I love:
* Flower fields or botanical drawings of flowers
* Birds or botanical drawings of birds
* Trees, especially flowering trees
* Doors, Windows, Archways
* Single view landscapes
* Inga Look "Grannies"
* Black and White
* Dragonflies
* Giraffes
* Beaches
* Castles
* UNESCO
* Art
* Offbeat humor, but appropriate for 7 and 13 year old granddaughters

*I know I will be happy with whatever you wish to send me;)

*I love interesting stamps too!

*Finland: please send me Inga Look's Grannies. I only have eight (which I love) but just found someone who says she has 18! The ones I have are numbered, 40463, 46499, 46513, 49449, 54012, 54865, 56132, 56650.

*USA: I would like to collect map cards from all 50 states for my granddaughter Brianna, who is seven. So far we only have Wisconsin, Texas, Oregon, Illinois, Iowa, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Louisiana and Michigan. They are great but we want more!!!:D

*I prefer stamped and mailed traditional size postcards,no envelopes please.;-D
Thanks, Susan

Sometimes USA post office will put 1/2 inch (1cm) wide by 3inch white sticker on the front or back of a postcard. It is easy to peal off and makes your pretty postcard look better!

If I have not registered a postcard you sent please let me know, I register my cards just about every day.
