Hi! I am a secondary school teacher.
Me, my students and my sons love communicating with people from all over the world! Sometimes I bring postcards to the class and we search for information about the place and the country, where the postcard was sent from. Or even request an address to send a collective card written by the group of students (if time, of course!).
So little by little postrossing is turning to be a good habit in our class!
If you have something interesting to tell about your country, or your hobby, or just about the cartoon or the movie you like - don't hesitate to write about it to my students! They will be happy! They always ask about the new cards that I receive and are extremely curious about the ones written by teenagers or kids. Stickers and sketches are welcome! My young postcrossers are Anastasia, Lera, Valeriy, Michael, Alena. All are 13 years old!
We live in a beautiful city - Saint Petersburg. It has a special temper - it often appeares to be sharp and cold, but definitely has a kind and sensitive soul inside! Most of our postcards are about the city- weather and sky, rainy days in Spb, chidren and CATS!! Cats are special here! :)
The postcards we are interested in:
- all about your country (city and architecture, countryside and nature, food and clothes (traditional and modern).....
- something humorous :)
-CATS are welcome!
- Dr. Seuss cards/stamps - any stuff related! I am a big fan of T. Geisel and own a collection of his wonderful books.
Anyway, we'll be glad to receive any card you send!
