About Sarah...

My name is Sarah and I work as a clinical Psychologist in Vienna.

I love cats, astronomy, indigenous/traditional stuff (of any culture actually) and psychoanalysis. I also like vintage stuff, images of alchemy and astrological symbols. I'm a book worm and like anime, drama thriller and horror movies. I also have a unexplainable
and very distant love for Japan and a lot of things connected to it.

Some of my favourite movies include: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, 12 Angry Men, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, The Last Unicorn and The Pianist.

I got my love for post cards from my grandma Gisela, who was born in a time (1930s) when you would buy post cards on your travels, because no one had a portable photo camera back then and it was the only chance to keep a picture from where you've went to.

Although she later was a proud owner of good camera she never quite let go of her antics of buying post cards.

I dont really like the typical tourism souvenir cards.

I will love post cards (not in a ranking order)
❤️ with vibrant colours
❤️ cats
❤️ flowers
❤️ astronomy
❤️ Japan
❤️ astrological or alchemical symbols or motives
❤️ traditional/indigenous motives
❤️ vintage motives (drawn or photography)
❤️ literature motives
❤️ art (Monet, Hundertwasser und Schiele being my favourites, but I will enjoy every card with art or artsy cards)

But this is not a wishlist, I will be happy about any other card too. I also like surprises, so you may just send me a card YOU fancy. ☺️

If you want to write something on the postcard for me you can write: tell me something about yourself, your life, a quote you like, a poem you like, something that happened today, something wise your grandparents said or something silly your child or any child said, your daily way to work, something you've read in your local News or a fond memory of yours, a sentence in a book you read at the moment, anything else you'd like to share with me or something completely random.

If you'd like you can write something in your native language too!

If you only want to write a greeting, thats okay too!

I prefer written and stamped post cards, no need for an envelope or extras. :)

Kind Regards,
