About Angelika...

I am Angelika, origanilly from Hungary, but constantly travelling at the moment. I am addicted to postcards, especially to the types below, so if you can send me one of those, I will be greatful. But if not that's not a problem either.

I started collecting postcards in my childhood, although it wasn't as intense as it is now hahaha. I always liked writting letters and getting snailmail, but after internet becoming the main way communicating I realised we don't send letters anymore. But luckily, few years ago I found the postcrossing community via a post from facebook.

If it is ok with you please send the postcard in an envelope and blank, because I collect the postcards blank and I give the stamps to someone else. Thank you.

If you speak any English, Hungarian, Spanish, Dutch or German please use those languages. I think I can understand as much as you put on a postcard, so you can use these languages.

I do not enjoy free ad cards, or animal cards or christmas or easter cards. Keep them for someone who loves them. In my experience, there is a right person for each card.

My favourite topics are:
postcards including the church San Giovanni Battista in Monterosso al Mare, Italy
Plague doctor
I know it’s a long shot but universe might listens to it: I would love to receive postcards from what was probably a local art project in 2008 in Lavapies, Madrid: mundoLavapies series
Rubjerg Knude Fyr Denmark
The painting Disappointed love from by Danny from V&A London
covid-19 related cards and stamps
Art of Anzehela Djerih
Year of the pig, funny pig illustrations
Etheniel E. Dell illustrations
tausendschön postcards
dramatic skies
hanging drying clothes in front of city views
sand dunes
deserts (geographical, not sweet stuff)
botanical gardens
artsy diy things,
suicide bunny
moonlit views
camino de santiago
botanical Prints
folk things
oriental art
Japanese illustrations (ukiyo-e)
sugar skulls
beautiful views
flower illustrations
photo of colourful houses
funny fish illustrations
bathroom illustrations

Please share with me why you chose the post card you sent me. Let me know a special fact about your life or the place you live. Anything that is special to you.

I love direct swaps, and you can contact me via IG: @ngpostal
I will only answer if you get in touch there with me, as I find the message system of PC a bit inconvenient.

Happy postcrossing

P.S. For swap requests: look for NGpostal on facebook and find me there. It's also easier to communicate there.

I do my best to register your card as soon as I receive it. In case your card is not registered I haven’t received it yet. Be patient.
