About Heidi...

My name is Heidi and I love Postcrossing.

I am married 39 years and have 3 married children (2 girls and 1 boy) and 6 grandchildren (2 girls and 4 boys). I work in a school helping children with their homework.
I enjoy snail mail and receiving postcards. I also love decorating envelopes and making cards.
I enjoy going on holidays like, Mexico, Punta Cana or Hawaii. I enjoy the beach and sunshine.

I live in South West British Columbia Canada. We are about an hour away from Vancouver. We get lots of rain, except in the summer it can be very dry.

I am a cancer survivor and life is good. I had cancer in 2017. Had surgery in March, 2017 and chemo after.
September, 2018, I also had bowel obstruction surgery.

Write to me about what you love to do. Write about where you live. Or write about what makes you laugh.
Tell me about your day or week. Tell me about your dreams. Your favorite food, t.v. show and why.
PLEASE WRITE MORE THAN JUST "GREETINGS".

THEMED POSTCARDS I WOULD LOVE ARE:
For JANUARY, I would love to receive princess Kate or princess Meghan.

I WOULD LOVE IT IF YOU COULD INCLUDE A POSTCARD FOR MY 4 YEAR OLD GRANDSON, REX, WHO LOVES THE STATUE OF LIBERTY. Thank you.

OR SEND POSTCARDS WITH:
VW Bug or bus
Disney princess
your area, home, town, city
Coffee/tea
Anne Of Green Gable
F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
Dragonfly
POSTCROSSING meet up postcards
England's Royalty
Blue Cats by Irina Zeniuk

If possible, please put the postcard(s) in an ENVELOPE and add interesting stamps. I have seen fun Disney stamps, stamps of comics or cartoons, handsome Elvis stamps and adorable animal stamps.
And if you have EXTRA USED stamps you don't want any longer, feel free to put them in the envelope too. Thank you.

I hate to see any cards expire. If your card is nearing 60 days, please email me and let me know.
