Hi all friends!
I'm finnish retired grandma. I'm excited about this POSTCROSSING ...there is a lot of very interesting things, I told friends, grandchildren, post officer workers in different countries , that you be know because of this fun-filled hobby named Postcrossing ..whey you want to be buy them the greatest of postage stamps, etc. What you can be know from different country and many more. and then one day...you take all of those cards and you are watching a great wonderful world in your hands! Is this maybe really one good way to stop Mr Alzheimer's visit?
I'm a grandmother , we have 10 grandchildren , I'm pensioner, dementia nurse and married already 47 years ... and life is never boring .
A few times we traveled from Finland in wintertimes, about October to April we lived in Greece and Portugal , with my husband. Now we have dreamed of living somewhere in German-speaking areas.( meine lieblingssprache war Deutsch in der Schule) I've always liked to send and receive cards from trips. Learn a little foreign language, see your landscape, your church, your museum, will know your life, how do you do..
In the summertime I enjoy swimming and cycling often. I go trekking and walks in forests and in the wild nature, and in the winter I will skate and skiing; it is the most fun when I'm with grandchildren! I appreciate family life and christian life, but I think anyway so that human dignity is all the same.
Nice to see the picture where you live, city, urban, countryside, so-called tourist card , "greetings from...everything is OK! (Aah, indeed, view of a bicycle ; I wonder how beautiful can be found) I´ll be happy if you would write a couple word in your native language! Great stamps are always very welcome! All the cards where you tell a little bit yourself, i will certainly be glad to see! Do not think about, send it to what is the Lowest in the writing desk drawer...
Thanks for all the "postcrossingfriends" when they are chose great stamps and beautiful cards for me!
(and I would also like to thank you for reading this)
I hope good and fun Postcrossing to all, Eeva
