Robinchen(or Nadine) is a member in Germany . She has been a member for over 3 years (1,346 days).
I'm Nadine, 32 years old from Germany.
I live in a very small village near Jüchen (not far from Düsseldorf or Cologne). Before I lived in Heinsberg, Bonn and Aachen. Bonn was our capital while Germany was devided. Aachen is a very nice, historic city that borders on the Netherlands and Belgium. My hometown is a small town called Heinsberg, which is about 45km (28 Miles) from Aachen and is the most western district town in Germany, whereas Aachen is the most western city in Germany.
I also used to live in the United States (Glen Rock, NJ) for one year and in England (Maidenhead, Berkshire) for 6 month where I worked as an aupair.
I like to spend my spare time traveling. I enjoy trips to historic cities and towns the most. Also I like reading books (mostely crime) and watching TV-Series & movies.
Another hobby of mine is snail mailing. I love sending and receiving letters and postcards!
Cards I would love to receive are touristic postcards; if available, I would be most grateful to receive:
-map cards (please if you have time, check my collection: https://www.flickr.com/photos/110843952@N02/collections/72157644481866599/)
-postcards showing UNESCO WHS (https://www.flickr.com/photos/110843952@N02/collections/72157638445576825/)
-from Germany: Chronik Karten (die roten von Schöning) (meine Sammlung bisher: https://www.flickr.com/photos/110843952@N02/sets/72157648624305653)
-Christmas City Views (also in Spring, Summer and Fall welcome)
-keep calm and ...
-big letter postcards like these ones: https://www.flickr.com/photos/110843952@N02/albums/72157655801185042
but any other tourist card is fine as well :)
My least favourite cards are handmade cards. Sorry!
But whatever you send is up to you as long as you send a real postcard!
My favourites are postcards that I would like to receive. Thats why I don't favourite any of my received postcards. I try to upload every card I receive, that is not already uploadet, though.
I also love my postcards written! Please try to write at least a little bit even if you think your English is not so good. Tell me about yourself, about what is seen on the postcard and/or why you picked it for me. After all we are on postcrossing becuase we love snailmailing aren't we? And to me snailmailing means to acutally write something! Feel also free to write to me in Dutch and Spanish. I'm not good at those languages but it helps me practicing :)
I am looking forward to receiving your postcard :)
PS: Please do not laminated the postcard. I have received one laminated and to me this does not look like a postcard anymore!
