About Jasmin...

** We moved to a new home in early January! If you sent a card to the 888 Alameda #405 address, and it was not registered, please contact me! Thank you! **

I'm a nurse. I live in downtown Los Angeles -- with husband and cat -- and I love food and hate driving! My husband and I enjoy traveling (the cat doesn't, so she stays home).

I would like any postcards you'd like to send me ... especially if you have cards that are nursing/safety/medical related, snowy scenes, Freddie Mercury, illustrations, Studio Ghibli, Postcrossing meetups, military, uncommon views of your city/country, "big letter" Greetings From cards (the old fashioned looking kind), and also any that you think are funny or interesting or pretty... even ad cards. And if you like to hand-print or make your own postcards, that's great: I would really like one of them.

And if none of these categories seem to fit what you have, then don't worry! Send me any card you like -- even if it's that one odd card that you're not sure who you should send it to: send it to me :)

Don't know what to write? Tell me what book you're reading now or what your favorite song or band is at the moment, or what you had to eat today, or anything about yourself or your part of the world. Or you could write a quote you like from a poem or a book, a favorite saying, maybe song lyrics that caught your attention. I'm really enjoying these little glimpses into life around our amazing world!

Go on: let's have a good time with this random connection! The surprise is half the fun, and I love the mix of cards I get :)

PS - please don't ask me to register cards I didn't get! I am careful to do so when they arrive, though I will gladly look for a card you sent me and think I may have missed. I have got cards that were sent a ridiculously long time ago, so maybe it will still turn up, and I will register your lost card when it arrives so we can both rejoice!
