IMPORTANT: Requests about direct swaps will be ignored, I only do official Postcrossing.
I live just outside of Stockholm, Sweden.
I work as a freelance translator. I love languages, but I'm also interested in history and art, and I love reading. :-D
Me and my husband have a lovely little rabbit called Julius, he is seven years old. He is a rescue bunny who needed a new home when he was two months old. (https://www.facebook.com/juliusthebunny)
About all the languages I've listed above: Swedish is my native language, I speak English and French and very basic German. The rest are languages I have studied at one time or another, so please write in any of them if you want to, I would love to practise. (Don't be surprised if I write the thank you-message in English, though, I understand these languages a lot better than I can write or speak them) ;-)
I like all kinds of postcards, but if you need some inspiration, these are my favourites:
- Art (Paintings, sculptures, etc.)
- Architecture (especially gothic)
- Royal families
- UNESCO World Heritage Sites
- Greetings from... (Postallove) I have: AT, CA, CH, CN, CZ, DE, ES, FI, LU, LV, NL, PT, RU, SK, TW, US
- A picture from your hometown (I like typical tourist cards)
- Animals (if you're from Belarus, I love the "Fauna of Belarus" cards ;-) )
- Star Wars
- Hello Kitty
The cards I have marked as favourites on my wall are only cards that I already have :-D
(My husband doesn't have time for Postcrossing, but he likes pictures of trains, railway stations and anything related to that, so if you would like to send me something like that, you'll make him happy too ;-) )
But feel free to surprise me with anything!
And please, just send me postcards, save the ad cards, folded greeting cards, teabags, bus tickets and such things for people who want them.
