Hello dear Postcrosser. :)
My name is Amelie. I´m a uni student from Germany, music buff, boarding pass (from planes) collector, pen paller and avid reader (feel free to share suggestions of books to me :D). Other things I enjoy doing include cooking, visiting zoos/watching animals and playing board/card games with friends.
I´ve joined postcrossing, because I´d love to see and read more of/about this world.
You don´t know what to write on the card or you´d like to try something different? Inspired by another postcrosser I´d like to try something.
Please choose a number:
I would like to know, what you thought when you listened to the chosen song/number. What kind of music do you enjoy listening to?
Maybe you´d like to choose the card motif based on the song you chose above? Please tell me why you associated this particular card with the song. I´d love to know!
I´m not picky in regards of motifs. Please, take into consideration that I´m not a big fan of cards with babies (f.e. Anne Gedde´s photos), though. Please save them for those who appreciate these cards more. Thank you!
You still wonder what I might like? Here is a list to give you a hint:
-view cards of landscape or towns; rice paddies & vineyards
-religious buildings of your area/country
-vintage travel posters
-art by Hundertwasser, Leonid Afremov, Marie Brozova or James Rizzi
-Lali riddle cards; Where´s Waldo?
-Aquarupella cards; cards issued by Cavallini & co.
-cards that look like polaroids
-cards with animals (incl. Fauna/Owls of Belarus)
-cards made out of food packages
-birthday cards in March/early April
-christmas or winter related cards in November and December
If you come from a rare country (id < 300.000): Please, send me a view card of YOUR country/area/town. Thank you! :)
Nonetheless I´d be happy about any card of your choice, too. Don´t let my list stress you! :)
I would also enjoy reading about your favourite food (I love to cook and try out new things) or a person who inspires you. Since my boyfriend usually is interested in the cards I receive, you might like to greet him, too? His name is Erik. :)
I also appreciate nice stamps on my cards as well. :)
Thank you for reading my profile. I´m already looking forward to receiving a postcard from you!
