Sunset in Belize, Central America.

I remember it well. Caught a giant rooster fish by those two little islands, hauled it up to the beach, cooked it, and ate it it. We used football sized tuna as bait. This photo hung in my office for a few years to help me remember a good time. To our right, off the photo, was a giant tree full of howler monkeys and iguanas.

Really an amazing trip!
