The story behind the caption: Monks decided to hide their gold in wine barrels at this castle, but were outsmarted by the lord of the castle. The lord wanted a drink and went to get a glass of wine, but noticed no wine came out of the barrels. He noticed the barrels were filled with gold and claimed the "wine" for himself. The monks didn't dare accuse him of thievery, because they originally asserted that the barrels were full of wine.
