Help! My account is blocked from sending postcards!
If the majority of the postcards sent to you (or by you) are getting lost, Postcrossing might temporarily block your account from exchanging more postcards until the situation returns to normal. If this happens, we recommend getting in touch your building's manager, your neighbours and the local post office to sort out the cause of the issue as soon as possible. If you believe your postal service is not delivering your mail promptly, we encourage you to write a formal complaint so that they can investigate it.
Please note that any problem with your account impacts not just you, but also all the people exchanging postcards with you... so it's important that any issues that interferes with your ability to send and receive mail are addressed promptly.
Rest assured that as soon as the problem is fixed, your account will be automatically unblocked!
