Hello everyone!

My name is Bida. As a child, I used to look through magazines to find new penpals. I was more of a homebody girl, until I started to travel in college time. After that I never turn back.

When not on the road, I am generally satisfied with good books, accompanied with coffee or hot chocolate. Other interests include but are not limited to:
-cities I've never been to (and there's a 99.99999% of chance that it's the one you live in)
-little-known fun facts about your city/state/country
-nature (mountains, sea, flora, fauna) of where you live
-pencil sketch, illustration, watercolour, or pastel drawing especially about famous landscape
-simple drawings, handwriting, doodles
-map
-puns/wordplay, language, calligraphy
-Sherlock Holmes, Harry Potter
-cartoons, animation movies
-owls (my spirit animal!), dragons
-crafts (handmade cards are welcome)
-surprises
Those are what crossed my mind now. The list could go on. Basically you can just send me any kind of postcard because I wouldn't know if I like it until I receive it :)

I would appreciate if you write something about the place you live in, what you love about it, or the places you want to go and why. You can also write about your favourite book/music/movie/sport. If you are not a native English speaker, a sentence or two in your mother language will be cool, too. For Spanish speakers: as recently I started to learn Spanish, you can help with my study by writing your favourite Spanish expression/proverb with its meaning in English. Please write as much as possible: reading your stories will be my great pleasure.

With the world being so wide, postcards sometimes take longer adventure than they should. Your cards may expire before they reach me, but don't worry! Message me to let me know the ID and I will happily register for you. All I'm asking is that you scan/take pic of the card before you post it.

Swap requests are welcome! Contact me and I will see what I can do. I would also like to have penpals.

I am looking forward to wherever place I will send postcards to and receive from. Don't worry if your postcard isn't any of the things listed above; the thought that someone I've never met takes time to write and send to me - THAT thought alone makes me happy. Cheers!
