My name is Caroline and I live about 70 kilometres from Dijon, capital of Burgundy, which is the city where I grew up.
I teach English to pupils aged 14 to 20, in a vocational school. I'm also in charge of the Erasmus+ program which allows some of my pupils to do workplacements in Europe. This job needs patience and time, but it's really interesting.
I collect stamps and pocket calendars, as well as postcards.
I love discovering other cultures.
Postcrossing allows me to travel through postcards.I like sending them as much as receiving them and I truly enjoy looking for the card which would please the person who will receive it.
...I like many kinds of cards, on my favorites, you can see the ones I haven't received yet and I'd love to get.
a few ideas: lighthouses, Snoopy, cats, dogs, animals, churches, castles, capital cities, Beatrix Potter characters,Paddington bear, all about England and Ireland, old ads, tea, books...
Feel free to choose any card you like, you can be sure it will make me happy, any received card is like a little present to me.
If possible, I prefer cards in envelopes, because some of them reach me in bad conditions, but I understand if you can't use envelopes.
I've already received lots of cards, but I'm still delighted to find cards in my letterbox, and you can be sure that I cherish all the cards I receive, so thank you to all of you, you make me very happy. And if I already have the card you send me, I stick it on my classroom wall.
Sorry, I can no longer scan the cards I receive as my scanner is broken.
On my avatar, you can see one of my 3 cats, her name is Choupette.
Kind regards from France.
