About Julie...

Thank you very much for taking the time to send me a postcard! :-) If you want some ideas, please see below, but I am happy for you to choose whatever you have that you think I would like :-) Most of the fun of Postcrossing is "meeting" you and learning about the amazing world and our shared humanity :-)

🤩 Cultural Postcards - Your country's traditions, maps, culture, food, fashion, art, language, history, nature, beautiful buildings, infographic cards like Postallove "Greetings From" series.
🤩 UNESCO - Please tell me it's a UNESCO place so I can update my list (see Google Doc link above). Thank you!
🧛 SCARY stuff - ghosts, cemeteries, abandoned places, anatomy, vampires, Dia de los Muertos.
😁 WEIRD, STRANGE, ODD, FUNNY postcards - I love them!
👑 ROYAL people from any country.
🌳 NATURE - TREES, rivers, beaches, lighthouses, exciting weather, cool looking octopus!
💌 Maxi cards, shaped cards, Inkognito, 3D, shiny, Tausendschön
🏚️ HISTORY - vintage, retro, Titanic (the ship), Pre-Raphaelite art, the 1800s, 1940s, 1960s.
🍄 FANTASY / Psychedelic - PHOENIXES (not from Harry Potter) fairies, gnomes, mushrooms, mermaids, wizards, mandalas.

🤩 Back of Postcard:
I use my best efforts to make the cards I send as interesting as I can on the back since the back is half the postcard. My goal is usually to have very little white space left on the back of the card when I’m done. I hope people will do the same for me in whichever way they are able to (by writing a lot, drawing, using cool and multiple stamps, washi tape, stickers, etc). I absolutely love cool, old, or unusually shaped stamps.

🤩 If you don't know what to write, I would love to know:
📬 Strange or funny tourist attractions and places to stay in your country.
📬 Weird things your neighbor does :)
📬 3 things that make you happy.
📬 What you ate for breakfast today.
📬 Vegetarian food from your country.
📬 What's your newest hobby?
📬 What makes you different from other people?

🤩 German Postcrossers:
I'm looking for Tausendschön, German UNESCO sites, and postcards of Hamburg <3. Also, I have received the German Postcrossing stamp already many times. Thank you all! :)

🤩 UK Postcrossers:
And anyone else who can help... For years, I've been collecting Queen Elizabeth stamps to make a poster collage. I'd love any you don't want, please (in an envelope). Many thanks! I'll send you something in return! I am a huge Anglophile and love all things English and British, including the "How to Be British" cards, PHQ, London Underground, Beatles, Celtic stuff, Paganism, castles, Harry Potter (though I already have the postcard box).

🚫 If possible, please:
🚫 DON'T send tourist/place cards unless sent from the origin country.
🚫 NO envelope, unless sending something else in the envelope, too.

Thank you very much!
