bonjour, salut, coucou (three ways to say hello in french).
If you have a chance, please use envelop: the postservice has some issues here with post-automat and it makes huge scratches on them...which is a real pity!!
Nantes is birthtown of Jules Verne, famous french writer. Set on main french river "Loire", close to Atlantic Ocean and part of historical "Bretagne" region. It's said to be a friendly big town, with a fairytale atmosphere "Royal de Luxe" giant street theatre, "Les Machines de l'Ile" elephant and seaworld carroussel, dynamic and cool "Voyage à Nantes" summertime...
If your mother language is either english, spanish, german or italian, please write it all in your language. That would really please me to spend some time reading it. im not fluent at all but i can mostly understand it.
I would still fancy some words or phrases you like in any other language (your own) :)) russian, chinese, ukrainian, japanese, or any other . That makes the card even more special than worldwild english.
About the stamps, well if you have special ones, that would be amazing i love watching colourful ones. If you don't, that's fine )). In France i now buy special collections onlines and it will please your eyes ))
Every postcard would please my day, but I particularly like those with sense of humor, nature and wildlife, drawings - cartoons, landscapes and hometown -/ sightseeing, sth local / traditionnal :-), up to you.
Some thoughts what you can write to me:
- your dream
- happiest moment of your life
- you can share with me something you cant say to anyone you know
- something you regret not doing
- little things which make you happy
Dear postcrossers from Germany, congratulations on making it one of the most active country: it's about 20 percent of cards i've received. But I must admit it's one country i feel to write special guidelines: it's the quality of postcards or efforts you've made on the choice that would delight us to receive, so may i suggest you to show me only the beauty of your country by landscape or nature cards.
I love couchsurfing (www.couchsurfing.com := welcoming people travelling home) and hospitality atmosphere, i've been an active member for the last 7 years.
