Hi! I´m Ulla
I live in the city center of Tampere. This city is very beautiful because here is so near two lakes and forest and lots of activities for me. . I have many good friends and families and many international peoples who lives in Finland and other countries . I love music and we go often to the cinema .

I ’m a teacher in the vocational school and student counselor. I had traveled in many countries with my friend and last alone. Now it´s not easy to travel and now I want to know how peoples live in other countries. Postcrossing is a good way. Therefore the cards are good in this time.
Now I have many charity works. I´m teaching Finnish language for peoples who moved to Finland and I´m also Doula ( I support women in the childbirth in hospital) and I have many godchildren and two support children. I want to help them.

In summertime I travel to my summer cottage. It is in an island. The ireland is middle part of Finland.
My habbies are cooking, travel abroad when it´s possible in Finland too. And gardening is so therapeutic. I love flovers. And read books and music is in my favority. I have 2 doughters but threy live alone. My husband died seven years ago… too young too early.

I love art cards, everyday life, special about your country ( food, culture, ..) I don´t want tourist cards and no cats and dogs

In Finland we have snow in winter and also Northern lights in the sky. But in summer sun is shining even at nights. it´s midnight sun. That´s wonderful season. It´s best time for me to be in our summer cottage.
And you know that Santa Clause is liveing in Korvatunturi Finnish Lapland and Mooms family too. We have many world belongs artists which we are proud of like Alvar Aalto, Jaen Sibelius, Marimekko; Armi Ratia, glass artists....Kalevala is Finland’s national epic. It’s book, work of art, jewel, finnish national costume . I have Pyhäjärvi national costume. I will use it when I go to the celebration and earlier at the school’s spring festival.

I´m waiting your postcard and someting about your life today.
Your card to me is now my trip to your country because it`s not possible to travel nowhere. But someday COVID is over. We must have a dreams
