Hello everyone :)
My name is Theresa (nearly 30, 1 gorgeous little son) from Germany and I work as an English teacher. I want to use Postcrossing in my English class (20 people, 16-18 years old), therefore I signed up again. I let my students write the postcards, so don´t be surprised if there are more signatures on the card ;)
Of course, I also want to show my students the cards I (or better: we) get, so it would be nice of you to tell us your favourite English word. (English Native speakers: Could you write down a "sophisticated" word? Because I am always trying to increase their "fancy" vocabulary ;) Also a very complicated English word could be fun!)
Maybe you can tell us how the English lessons in your school work? Or your favourite song at the moment? Interesting quotes? A fun fact about yourself? A joke? Your favourite tradition? Favourite movie or song? The more text, the better :)
I hope we receive a lot of cards, so that we can decorate our bare class room walls!
It means the world for my students to receive an answer-postcard and not just a message here on Postcrossing (They are also excited when they get a "real" response- not just a "thank you for your postcard" ;) ) . So if you have time on your hand, please send us a postcard!
