My name is Victoria. I am from Minsk - the capital of the wonderful country Belarus. I am interested in art, painting, literature, philosophy, photography, design, rock-n-roll music, retro. I love to travel and meet new people and countries. I love creativity in all. I will be very happy if you write to me a card about one of my interests,or send me an unusual creative card-surprise me!:) Especially I like retro cards. And cards with nice design or painting, or maybe nice photo (if you are designer or painter, you understand what I mean:)).I also enjoy typography print composition.
I really like the style Modern or Art Nouveau (late 19th - early 20th century), as well as posters, drawings, old photo and engravings of that time (especially French posters ) . You can send a card in this style from your country. You can look at my favourite cards.
I like individual spetial things of ordinary world, painted or photographed, modern or retro (doors, windows, bikes (old), a table on the veranda in the cafe, books, gramophone, the unique thing that made hands and so on). And the same time I like multi cards.
I love interesting portraits of people . Especially women (who have their own personality and character). Or it might be a person certain professions ( fisherman, craftsman, winemaker ... )
I am waiting for holiday cards for Christmas and New Year.
Just now I fond of drawing , and it would be great to get a nice handmade card, or yourself painted card, if you are painter (made from cereal box or book cover). Or you can send to me a handmade card-modern poster from film (not popular film,please, alternatively, the auteur cinema) or exhibition, concert or paty of your city (if it's with nice design).
Write to me about your dream, what makes you happy, about your plans. Advise me: 1) one book that impressed you, your most favorite book, 2) 1 movie, 3) 1 music composition (classical or modern - does not matter,your most favorite).You can draw anything on the card (sun, smiley face or smth else).You can write your favorite aphorism of the writer / artist / philosopher. Please write a few lines in your own language and translate it into English.
I have a hobby. I collect fridge magnets from places where I treveled.It would be very nice for me and make me really happy if you sent me in an envelope with a card magnet with a view of your town, and write me if you want to get away from me magnet with a beautiful view of Minsk or one of the churches - I'm necessarily send it to you.
