Hello,

I'm back on postcrossing after missing the action for a few years. This time we're a father-daughter team (8 years).

Please write something on the postcards.
I was aiming for small/easy food recipes from your country, but they take more space then there is available, so you can write about:
- the places you visited (from anywhere in the world, not just your country) and would like to recommend
- how you spend your daily life
- what you usually do on weekends
- your hobbies
- interesting things about your country/area
- your trip to Europe or maybe Romania? :)

Walnut cake receipe
Ingredients: 7 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup ground walnuts, 100ml of water, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 400ml of whipped cream.

Put the sugar, walnuts, water and cocoa in a saucepan on the fire and boil for aprox. 5 minutes stiring continuously (until it thickens a little).
Let it cool and then add one egg yolk, rubbing constantly, then add the beaten egg whites.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrese. Bake for about 45min - 1 hour.
Then remove it from the oven and let it cool. When it has cooled, add the whipped cream and leave it in the fridge until the next day.
