About Tom...

Hello
Si eres latinoamericano o español, por favor, escríbeme en español. Gracias.
如果你会写中文,你也可以用中文写给我. 繁簡體都可以的.
I love this concept - reaching out to total strangers and receiving postcards from unexpected corners of the world. I also love the beautiful stamps on the postcards.

I like postcards showing landscapes, interesting buildings (castles, churches etc) structures (lighthouses, bridges, monuments, etc), TRAINS, FLAGS (especially provincial / regional/ city flags), heraldry, CULTURAL EVENTS / ITEMS, winter scenes, geographical wonders (volcanoes, mountains, Northern Lights, typhoons, big waves, etc ), items unique to your locality/state/country - in short anything interesting from where you live.

I have received 10 Inge Löök cards so far - they are nice. I have (1) the Easter card (2) the Gardening card and (3) the ladies dancing with yellow ribbons (4) ice-skating (5) picnic (6) the ladies receiving mail (7) Christmas(8) the ladies quarrelling with frowning crossed faces and (9) the ladies having tea under the table and (10) hula-hoops.

If you are a native Spanish, French, Malay, Indonesian or Chinese person, feel free to write me in these languages as well. Actually I am a bit of a language freak and I enjoy postcards with different languages and different scripts (even though I might spend days trying to decipher them). So write a few lines in your own language please.

I hope you will not send any ADS (advertisement) or home-made cards and please don't put the postcard in an envelope.

I am not keen of postcards depicting royalty, sports, TV/movie personalities nor of animals (except goats - Why? write me and I will tell you). No doggy or kitty postcards nor Disney /cartoon / cute postcards please.
