Currently doing research on Land Law/Agrarian Law which focus on water right and space rights. It will be helpful if you could tell me anything about how your country giving you right to use water and space. For specific like building underwater hotel, providing flying restaurant, and other thing which not attached with the land (soil) itself, but more depends to the surrounds (liquid and gas).
