My name is Tatjana. I am a 45-year-old teacher of English from Slovenia.

I am married to a wonderful man and we have one daughter - these are the two most important people in my life. Every moment with them gives me a reason to be grateful.

Any postcard that you choose to send me will be accepted with joy but I would prefer postcards which tell me something about your country, your culture and customs.I am interested in art, literature, poetry, nature, and in getting to know other cultures. Therefore I especially like cards showing local people and their traditional clothes and customs, native people portraits (photos) , city views, famous buildings, landscapes, really anything that you find beautiful.If you would like to know more about the kind of cards that I particularly like, you can have a look at some on my postcard wall under favourites (the collection of which is growing every day when I find some amazing postcards in the postcrossing gallery).

I do not like adcards and home-made cards.Sorry!

I appreciate what you write to me as much or even more than the postcard itself! Feel free to write about yourself, your country, or about the image on the postcard.I also like postcards with nice thoughts or quotes printed on them if the words are in English or in German (or if you provide a translation into one of these languages).
