Hi! My name is Carly and I live in Macomb, Michigan (a suburb of Detroit) with my husband and two kids. I have some chronic health problems that keep me from exploring the world as much as I'd like too, so I've turned to Post Crossing to try to get out there and learn more about people and the rest of the world on a more personal basis. And it always makes me happy to find a postcard and not just bills in the mailbox! Please feel free to tell me about where you are from, your favorite customs and traditions, or anything about yourself.

Also, please note that I will be happy with ANY postcard you send me! In addition to normal postcards, I will enjoy postcards made out of cereal boxes and homemade/hand drawn cards too! I'm not picky. :) To me, the most exciting part of the postcard is often your message on the back. I also enjoy interesting postage stamps if you have any! If you'd like some help finding a postcard I might enjoy, here are some things I like:

-A postcard from your hometown or something local to you
-Reading, libraries, and books (my favorites include Harry Potter and Jane Austen)
-All things Disney (Pixar too)
-Painting and Drawing
-Rabbits (we have a very sweet pet bunny)
-Nature and trees! Landscape postcards are always beautiful
-Hiking
-Quilting/Sewing and Crocheting
