I have always been interested in other cultures and countries. I love to travel but have not had the opportunity for a while so I am joining post crossing to still be able to learn about people and their countries.
I am a new mother and want to teach my Son about my love for geography, people and culture. My hobbies include reading, photography and scrapbooking. I work in the laboratory at our local hospital and enjoy science.
I would love any postcard. I like scenery, maps, black and white, art, anything specific to your home country or state and anything appropriate for children. Really I'd love just about any card. I am learning how to cook and it would be fun to receive cards with recipes on them.
Tell me about yourself, your country, your hobbies, the weather or write a small story (like a popular nursery rhyme in your country), or write down a recipe. Write anything but please keep it appropriate and do not use bad language. Please write more than just "Hi" or "Happy Postcrossing," write a sentence in your language and translate it into english, anything to help us learn about you, your country and your culture. Please write the date on the post card.
It is my goal to someday be able to travel the world thru humanitarian projects. I may not have much but I can give myself to help others. My motto is "When you visit a place leave it better than you found it."
