About Julia...

Probably you got my address so let me introduce myself!
The concise version: Historian, enthusiastic knitter and recently wooldyer and spinner (fadenzwerg on ravelry), mother of four.
When I am not occupied with family issues (or postcrossing) I knit or dream about wool and all the splendid things I could do with it if I had the time. I love tea and our happy dog. We recently moved from a big university town to a village in the countryside. I work administering projects promoting democratic values and social cohesian.
If you ask for some ideas what to send me here are some things I particularly enjoy:

Don't worry too much about the card - surprise me, show me something of YOUR world! Whatever YOU choose is appreciated!
Interested in everyday life, e.g. joys hopes and worries (if you would like to share), but also your favorite dish, todays weather, plans for the weekend, or festivities. The books, movies, songs, internet ressources you enjoy.
