About Baabie...

Hi! How are you? I hope you feel peachy today :o)

I live in Lower Saxony, in a village near Braunschweig (Brunswick), which is famous for Heinrich der Löwe (Henry the Lion ).

I like movies, TV, books, Tango Argentino/Nuevo and scuba diving.

I love travelling, swimming, gardening, penpalling (snail mail and postcards) and meeting friends.

*****from New Zealand: Kiwi Can Fly postcards
*****from Germany: Küste, Meer und Rezepte - danke schön :o)

I prefer one view cards.

I like that my postcards be written, dated and postmarked. I love the stamps, postmarks and little messages as much as the postcard itself. If you don't know what to send - send me something you love, and tell me why!
SUPRISE ME !

If you´re wondering what to write…tell me about your favorites (books, movies, ...) or just tell me about your day or the place where you live. What is it special for?
Tell me something about yourself, something you learned this week, or a little secret. What makes you, you?
I would love to hear some personal stories of your part of the world.
Anyway, the more you write on the card, the better. There is not enough space on your postcard? No problem! Feel free to put the card in an envelope and add a letter ;o) I will love it!

I'm also a fan of languages, so if you are a non-english or bilingual writer please write a line or two for me in whatever language/script you are most comfortable with or like best. Please translate it into english or german so that I can understand.

Please do me a favor and draw a little animal beside your name. Thank you :o)

If you can use fancy stamps & stickers, you will make me smile :o)

Private postcard swaps are also welcome with foreign countries. Just send me a message!

If you´ve received a postcard from me you like very much, feel free to contact me for my adress to send a card in return :o)

Thanks for taking the time to read this. All the best!

Give every day the chance to become the most beautiful day of your life.

Bye
Baabie :o)
