I'm Spasimir from Septemvri, Bulgaria, but I live and work in the capital Sofia. I have graduated History and Geography. I now work as a geographic multimedia developer in Klett Bulgaria Publish House. I like to travel, meet interesting people and explore new places. In my spare time I'm an volunteer in Bulgarian Wikipedia, because free knowledge is very important to me. I digitize old documents and photos as a volunteer from the Bulgarian State Archive, then upload them to Wikipedia.
I'll be very happy if this year I receive postcards related to wild animals (please no pets - dogs, cats, etc.) and zoo's. I want to make an exhibition of postcards from around the world dedicated to animals and zoos.
Of course, if you don't have such postcards, anything from your country is welcome – art, geography, history... surprise me. :)
If you want, you can write about how the Covid-19 pandemic affects your life, city, country. I wish you health!
In August 2018, I wrote the article "Find Geography in Postcards" („Да откриеш географията в пощенските картички“) for the Bulgarian geographic portal Geograf.bg, which included 49 postcards from around the world. https://geograf.bg/bg/article/da-otkriesh-geografiyata-v-poshchenskite-kartichki
In April 2019 I made an exhibition of postcards from all over the world during the Bulgarian Geographical Festival. There were many students, teachers, university professors and geographers.
Happy postcrossing! :)
