This sounded exciting when I first got to know postcrossing... and something like 12 years on, it still is! I used to have scores of penfriends all over the place but except for a few it's all e-Mail now which is pretty boring.
I love traveling, reading, hiking, gardening, doing and watching sports and am way too much into paper crafts (especially during the Christmas season - if you're interested you can have a look at my creations and other things at knackeredgrouse.com).
Looking forward to hearing from you - and should you wonder what kind of postcard to send: why not send a cartoon card? A painting by your favorite artist. A quote card. Single view postcard of your place. Or if at hand, do not hesitate to send a Christmas card. But really: any card is fine - I'm more interested in what you have to say.
As for stamps: JAPANESE postcrossers!! If you can get it, I would love it if you sent the one of the "International Letter Writing Week 2012", Value: 110. Thank you so much!
In general I just love to receive nice ones - which mainly means: colorful! Preferably with flowers, animals, sports or cartoon characters on them.
