Long version:

I've just passed my final exams and will be teacher soon. I'm also a mother of two (2014, 2016) and a musician: I sing and play several instruments. I write my own songs as well.
Also, I knit and crochet and stich and sew and make my own soap and do all kinds of handicrafts. I love baking.

I'm a book worm too. I read classics but my heart is with fantasy novels (Tolkien, Pratchett, McGuire, K. Armstrong) and children's literature like The Little Prince. I love fairy tales.

I love images of nature (especially trees, water, sunset, moon, stars, auroras, lavender). I don't like crowded places and cities in general. I'm also fond of animals, especially owls. I have a quite large collection of them by now.

But I don't like kitsch! ;)

My favourite colour is deep purple but I hate all shades of pink. Also, I like rainbow coloured things and dark colours like forest green, bordeaux or navy.

I used to live in Ireland and learned some Gaeilge over there. Languages in general I find very interesting. I even tried to learn Finish once.

I would be very happy if you included some words in your mother tongue.

I like Celtic art (knots, triskeles, spirals, Jim Fitzpatrick, etc) and I'm interested in Celtic mythology.

I'm a passionate tea drinker.

I used to do live action role play but there's hardly any time for anything nowadays.

Please write something on your postcard. I absolutely agree with Killewips saying "For me the picture of a postcard is its body, the writing is the soul".
Some ideas what you could write about: What's your favourite song / quote / recipe /children's song. What are the words for "Mother / Mom", "Mother Earth", "Music" in your native tongue. What makes you happy? Or whatever comes to your mind.

Thank you for reading. I'm looking forward to receiving your postcard!

Alles Liebe,
Tina
