My name is Elena. I live in a small town which is near one of the greatest cities, Saint-Petersburg. The name of my town is Kirovsk. I work in a comprehensive school as an English teacher (graduated from Saint-Petersburg Pedagogical College named after N. A. Nekrasov)
Postcrossing for me is a great opportunity to meet new people from different parts of our planet, to find out something new about other cultures and customs

I would be pleased to know about you a bit, a recipe of a dish you like (I love cooking). You also may write me about your customs and traditions (especially celebration of New Year's Day, Christmas and birthdays).

I'm fond of reading, so you could recommend me your favourite book or the book you like most.
I'm interested in reading (fantasy, fantasy love stories, Robert Salvatore (Dark Elf), J. R. R. Tolkien, A. Pekhov and so on).

I collect postcards (any size and shape), botanical illustrations (real and mythical) and everything connected with foxes. My favourite colour is green.

It would be quite nice if you send me a special stamp sticked on your card which is common in the place you live.

Also it would be great to learn a few words in your native language.

I'm not interested in religion and politics.
