I'm a married mom/step-mom to 4 kids (ages 15-11). My husband and I live with our family, 1 dog, and 2 cats in Massachusetts, USA!

I've worked in Special Education for the past 17 years. Before that, I worked in and on the radio for 7 years. I earned a PhD in Urban Education, Leadership, and Policy Studies in March 2020.

I like reading/watching science-fiction (time travel, vampires, witches, space exploration, aliens, etc.), walking, gardening, cross stitching, art, and spending time with my husband, kids, family & friends. My favorite musical artists include Tori Amos, Jimmy Eat World, Better than Ezra, Banners, Taking Back Sunday, Anberlin, Switchfoot, Jack's Mannequin, and any type of alternative rock music.
