Hello!
My name is Maria and I live in a very beautiful city - Saint-Petersburg.
I'm 27 and I'm a building engineer.
I have a very-very small dog, but it is very clever. We like walking a lot in park or near the Gulf of Finland.
I like travelling, but because of job I can't do it often. And I like to read about different countries. I have a big map on my wall and I like to discover new countries when I receive a postcard.)
I think, that a cup of coffee is the best beginning of a day and walking with my dog is the best ending. :)
I speak English and now I'm learning German. So if you are from German-speaking countries, please write German, it makes me happy. :)
I like cooking, I make tasty pies, cakes and bisquits, but I don't like eat them a lot, so I feed my friends. :)
I like music. I listen rock and alternative music, but also I like classic music. I can play the piano a little and now I'm learning to play the guitar.

I'm always glad to receive postcards. I like postcards, decorated on the back side. And I also like to decorate postcards, it makes them more cute.)
Some words about postcards I like:
- bicycles, especially bicycles with flowers.
- tea, coffee and cakes.
- beautiful compositions of the objects around us, postboxes, windows and doors.
- musical instruments and everything associated with music.
- animals - dogs, foxes, horses, wolves, owls, eagles. Cats are also welcome if they are funny and cute. All cute animals are welcome.) Not only photo, but drawn animals are also good for me.
- nature, especially sea, mountains, fields and flowers.
- beautiful sky, moon, rain, northern lights, stars.
- pretty children.
- everything pretty, funny and cute.
And of course, I like postcards with sightseeings of your cities/countries.
I'll be happy to have there some phrases specially for me (not only "happy postcrossing"). Tell me please who you are, what do you like, something about your hobbies, about your work or study, about family or pets. :)
Also I always happy to receive beautiful stamps and different stickers on the back side of the postcard.
I don't like postcards in envelopes (when it is a single postcard), but I will be happy to receive envelope with postcard and something interesting like coins, magnets, stickers and used stamps. :)

Please, don't send me postcards related to religion (besides beautiful cathedrals in your city), because I think that religion is too personal.
