About Serena...

Hi people from Postcrossing!

My name is Serena, I’m 24 years old and I’m from Loreto, Italy. The region where I live is called Le Marche and maybe you’ve heard about it because it won the second place as “Best Region to Travel 2020” on the famous tourist guide Lonely Planet!
They are right, my region is wonderful and even the New York Times wrote about this land “forget Tuscany and discover Le Marche, Italy’s secret region”. Le Marche is a quite place to live and visit with a lot of nature. Check it out more on the web, you will love it!

About me: I’m a very friendly person who loves stay outside and discover new places, new cultures. From generation beyond, all my family run the bike as sport so we all love watching the main events on tv: I don’t ever lose any single stage of Giro d’Italia, Le Tour de France, La Vuelta a Espana and all the other races.
My biggest passion is the English Language so for me Postcrossing is amazing because I have the chance to write in English. I also enjoy English lecture and my favourite one is Charles Dickens. I also love the Harry Potrer saga, Coldplay and Robbie Williams. I’ve been twice times in London so I really love it! Another thing I really like is Marvel’s super heroes.
As a good Italian, I love pasta, pizza and bake every type of cake and I’m pretty good at it.

On your postcards: please write whatever you want about you, about the city you are from or about the place you’ve bought the postcard. And if you want you can write something typical in your language and translate it. I would appreciate very tourist postcards of cities and monuments I’ve never seen (like the name of the city in the front with a photo of the main building/attraction)

Thank you very much
Bye for now, happy postcrossing :)
