Hello! My name is Emily and I am 19 years old. I am a university student studying art and computer science in Michigan, but I am originally from a small town in California, where I started this account back when I was 11 years old (it was inactive for a while).

My main goal on Postcrossing is to learn new and interesting things about other people, cultures, and countries. So if you don't know what to write, tell me about yourself; what you like to do, what you like to eat, your favorite style of music, et cetera.

I love all types of postcards, but especially artistic ones or postcards that showcase your country. Any postcard will be extremely appreciated :)

I love languages and I speak French, so feel free to write in French if you are a native French speaker. I also have many friends and family who speak German, Italian, and Spanish, so write in those languages if you like - I just can't write those myself! I would love to learn some new phrases or words in other languages as well.
