My hobbies are cooking, baking and crafts, unfortunately I did not have much time due to my job for my hobbies.

Working time: about 20 minutes / difficulty: easy
30 g raisins
2 tablespoons rum
4 egg (s), of which the yolk
30 g of sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
375 ml milk
125 g flour
4 egg (s), of which the protein
40 g butter
Rum raisins soak for 30 minutes in a bowl. Egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla until fluffy in a bowl with a whisk until the mixture is pale yellow and creamy. Stir in milk and flour gradually, then add the raisins. Egg whites very stiff, gently fold into the batter.
Heat the butter in a pan, pour in the batter and fry on low heat until the underside is lightly browned and turn over again until everything is slightly browned. This same tear. Arrange on plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
