Hello!
My name is Ulrike and I am 46 years old.
I live in Königstetten on the Danube , in a rural area about 1996 inhabitants, 30 km from the beautiful historic city of Vienna .

I love postcards, I started to paper my wall in the living room with it :-)

My hobbies are cooking, baking and crafts, unfortunately I did not have much time due to my job for my hobbies.

Here is a small national dish of Vienna: pancake
Working time: about 20 minutes / difficulty: easy
ingredients:
30 g raisins
2 tablespoons rum
4 egg (s), of which the yolk
30 g of sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
375 ml milk
125 g flour
4 egg (s), of which the protein
40 g butter
  powdered sugar
  salt

Rum raisins soak for 30 minutes in a bowl. Egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla until fluffy in a bowl with a whisk until the mixture is pale yellow and creamy. Stir in milk and flour gradually, then add the raisins. Egg whites very stiff, gently fold into the batter.

Heat the butter in a pan, pour in the batter and fry on low heat until the underside is lightly browned and turn over again until everything is slightly browned. This same tear. Arrange on plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

As a side dish or stewed plums.
