Hi, I hope you are well.

I am married, have one teenager, and live in Pflugerville, Texas. Pflugerville is just outside Austin, Texas.

We have an Australian Cattle Dog mix named Lily. She is 6 years old. The photo shows Lily up close!

I like the outdoors, practicing yoga and meditation, Eckhart Tolle's books, classic movies (especially Cary Grant movies), eating vegan (especially chocolate :)), sewing and gardening.

If you don't know what to write, you can tell me your favorite color, animal, dessert, book, movie or about something you really like.

I think we are always searching outside of ourselves for fulfillment, when what we are looking for is the quiet presence inside, but we think we're not good enough and what we seek must be out there somewhere. But we are good enough, all of us.
