Hello, my name is Rosalie and I'm from Germany. To be exact it is the "Ruhrgebiet", Gelsenkirchen. The city once has been full of mining but nowadays the pits are closed.
The "Ruhrgebiet" is an area with many bigger cities which are close together, for example Essen, Duisburg or Dortmund. In the near is Cologne, our Million City in Nordrhein Westfalen. That's why the "Ruhrpott" how we call it is like one big city with many cultures and worth seeing things.
Soccer is a great tradition in Gelsenkirchen and our team is FC Schalke 04.
I like writing postcards but I even prefer getting them. That's why I think postcrossing is amazing.
I am a Social Worker at school and I support children, parents and teachers. My own children are 23 und 28 years old.
I especially love mooses because I love traveling to Sweden. I enjoy it to be in Nature and I like painting.
