My name is Roland. I was born in 1959. I'm married. We have a adult son. My home town is located in the center of East Germany. I have lived almost 30 years behind the Berlin Wall. That's why I'm looking today for contact with the whole world. Tell me a little about yourself, the place you live, and what you do! Please send me cards with interesting cityviews of our hometown.
And I collect stamps. That's why please use beautiful and interesting stamps. Please don't put the stamps so close to edge that they are ruined by the machine or handling. For me, a beautiful stamp is just as important as the postcard on which it sticks.
If it does not mean higher costs for you, please put the card in an envelope and send some used postage stamps. Thanks in advance. If you also collect stamps, I would send the stamps from Germany that are also used.

Every person on this earth has the right to live in peace.
I think and feel with the people of Ukraine.
War has not yet solved any problem in this world.

My account is active again!
My account has been dormant for over 3 years. and an awful lot has
happened during this time. We survived the pandemic. I have switched
to professional retirement. We have moved into a new apartment.
But the worst thing is the war that Russia started in Ukraine. I would
have never thought that something like this is still possible in our time.
I myself have relatives in Ukraine, and I sympathize with the entire
people of Ukraine. I hope that the Russian people will free themselves
from their dictator and end this barbaric war.
Peace for all people in the world!
